Anthony Joshua prepares to battle Jake Paul in an eight round contest which will be streamed in real-time on the streaming platform.
British boxer Joshua stated he will "dominate completely" Jake Paul and "break" the American as the combatants met personally to build hype for the upcoming boxing match.
Ex two time world heavyweight champion Joshua battles YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, theoretically, a huge mismatch - at Miami arena on December 19th.
Fighter's Mindset
"I'm going to injure his face and break his body up. I aim to demonstrate I'm superior," Joshua, 35 years old, said.
"I plan to overwhelm him. That's how fighters think.
"I'm going to genuinely try to injure him. That's what I want to do."
Civil Exchange
In spite of these statements, a calm Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - typically known for his dramatics - were respectful and remained civil with each other.
Paul rather criticized ex Joshua's opponent Francis Ngannou and described him as "a joke" after the Cameroonian declined a match opportunity.
Taking Aim at Fury
Joshua, in the meantime, took aim at British opponent Tyson Fury - and refused a £1m bet 'The Gypsy King' says he will place on a Paul win.
"[Paul] is better than Fury - he showed up," the boxer said.
"I respect him for that."
Legitimate Fighter
Despite stating he plans to punish Paul, Anthony Joshua chose not to talk badly about his opponent's boxing ability.
"Jake Paul is a serious fighter," he stated.
Paul's History
Paul - who originally gained popularity on the Disney Channel - has mainly fought MMA fighters or declining opponents since entering professional boxing.
He lost to Briton Tommy Fury in last year.
Financial Success
However, the inexperienced fighter continues to be one of boxing's biggest financial successes, consistently making substantial financial rewards.
Forecast and Confidence
The 28-year-old forecast a stoppage in round four or five and claimed he would derail the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is apparently in the works for two years from now.
"The next fight will be my match with Fury in the coming year," Paul said.
Size Difference
As the two fighters met for the customary stare-down, with their size difference evident, it emphasized just how surprising this entire matchup is - and how amazing it is that the fight is truly going ahead.
